Payment and Scheduling Policy

*Payment in full is expected at the time of your appointment. However, we can discuss other payment options during your first visit. We accept cash, checks, and most debit cards, credit cards, including Health Savings Account (HSA) cards. 

* A Superbill is available upon request for other insurances; please contact your insurance company to determine if you qualify for out-of-network reimbursement benefits. ​

All supervised clinicians bill insurance under their supervisor's rates.

* Scheduling Policy:
All cancellations or rescheduling must be performed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment or the full session fee will be charged.
